- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We lived in the phoenix area for years and were looking for a decent piece of land away from the rat race so to speak. We saw an ad in the Prescott newspaper advertising land in the Ashfork-Seligman area. We contacted Jakes Old West Properties and found that Jake and Linda were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I told them that we were looking for horse property with views backing on to State Land and they had just the parcel in mind. Best part was how affordable the available properties were.
